My husband’s family has been farming in this area for over 100 years. Located in southeast Vermont, our farm is in the shadow of Mt. Ascutney.

The Yates Farm has evolved over the years, but our passion for being stewards of this land has been a consistent thread through the generations, even as new members (like me!) join our family.

My love for farms and yarn began with learning to knit at a young age. Through years of trial, error, and experimentation I developed a deep sense of peace and connection to other crafters, textiles, and nature through creating and designing.
